Guest child care for 1 day. IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS: All children being enrolled in our child care program must provide proof of meeting Vermont State immunization requirements for child care participants. Parents are required to upload a copy of each child's vaccination record following purchase. A link to upload is included in the confirmation email you'll recieve. We will be unable to accept children into our program without this documentation. | Killington will supply whole milk, diluted juice, lunch and two snacks. Please supply plenty of disposable diapers and wipes for any child who is not toilet trained as well as diaper cream. Parents should provide a change of clothing and food if special dietary needs exist. Shoes must be worn inside the center. Label all belongings.
